The system has a connection unit connected between a span wise beam (1010) and a fitting (1003) and including an eccentric body (1013) housed in a bore of the span wise beam. The eccentric body is fixed rotatively around a primary axis with a trunnion fixed to the fitting. An axis is eccentric with respect to the primary axis of rotation. The trunnion is mounted on the eccentric body using a bearing.
