A wrist muscle rehabilitation assembly (100) has a hollow spherical case (100) with an upper section (10) with an aperture (11) to an inner void (A) and a detachable lower section (20). The void holds a flywheel (30) that partly projects thru the aperture. The lower housing has a ring flange with two holes holding the rotor axle.
