PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus subtilis donk0327 is provided to have antibacterial activity to various plant pathogens including Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis donk0327(KACC 91471) strain is thermophilic. The novel strain is able to live at 4-121°C, preferably at 40-80°C. The novel strain prevents plant blight. An agent for preventing plant disease contains the Bacillus subtilis donk0327(KACC 91471) strains or culture liquid thereof.
