PURPOSE: A synchronization method according to the external connection device of a mobile communication terminal and a mobile communication terminal are provided to enable data to be updated consistently without being mixed even if connecting data communication with a plurality of external connection device. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(10) checks whether the communication connection identification information of relevant PC is a preregistered or not. The mobile communication terminal stores and manages the PC synchronization support rand according to the communication connection identification information of relevant PC by making the range into database. The communication connection identification information is one selected among the UUID, USB ID, and a mac address. The range of supporting external connection device includes at least one range among the PIMS synchronization, file synchronization, photo synchronization, and video synchronization.
