PURPOSE: A seasoned raw beef combinded with buckwheat sprout and a preparation method of the same are provided to prevent obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. CONSTITUTION: A seasoned raw beef combined with buckwheat sprout is obtained by combining 60-70g of buckwheat sprout, 3-4 red pepper, 1 laver, 5 pieces of garlic, 1/2 pear, and raw beef 180-210g aged for 1-2 days at 5 to 0 degree Celsius, and yangnyeomjang, and mixed all together. The mixing with yangnyeomjang takes less than 1 minute. The yangnyeomjang comprises sugar 1 spoon, sesame oil 1 spoon, pepper 1 tea spoon, salt 1 tea spoon, and soy sauce 1-2 tea spoon. The weight ratio of the buckwheat sprout and raw beef is 1:3. |
