The present disclosure is related to a method for controlling a menu in a mobile terminal, the method comprising accessing (S5) a site having a predetermined internet address by connecting an internet server, extracting (S7) a menu relation information related to a menu stored in the mobile terminal from the site and displaying (S9) the menu and the menu relation information by adding the menu relation information to the menu, and a mobile terminal using the same.
