ORDER SYSTEM IN IPTV AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An order system in an IPTV and a method for operating the same are provided to allow a view to order a product easily while watching an IPTV by completing order consultation through a phone. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller(30) selects an order while watching an IPTV. If the order selection is received, an STB(Set Top Box)(20) transfers an order request message for the corresponding order product to a franchise ARS center. If the order request message is received, the franchise ARS center completes the order consultation through the call with a user phone terminal(40). The user phone terminal completes the order consultation according to the call with a remote controller and the franchise ARS center.
