<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensing head for laser welding which can simplify its structure while improving a uniformity of irradiation density of laser energy. <P>SOLUTION: The condensing head for laser welding, which is arranged in the optical path between the condensing point on a member 2 to be laser-welded and a collimator lens 9 comprises: a first cylindrical face lens 10 with a condensing function only to a first direction almost rectangular to the optical axis direction; a second cylindrical face lens 11 which is arranged in the optical path between the condensing point and the first cylindrical face lens 10 and has the condensing function only to a second direction almost rectangular to the optical axis and the first direction.
