The present invention refers to a device for topically treating pain and inflammatory processes of the abdominal cavity, which is actuated by means of a container and thing contained therein intended to preserve and apply cold and hot. The purpose of the invention is to provide a thermo therapeutic device totally different from those currently available on the market, since it has a novel construction, which main characteristic is that a product with an aesthetic value is transformed into a therapeutic device, useful for treating pain or inflammatory processes by a topic or contact application thereof.
