PURPOSE: An LED chip test device is provided to reduce cost loss by reducing an LED chip which unnecessarily passes a test process and a package process. CONSTITUTION: A rotating member(3) installs a plurality of settling members for the safe seating of an LED chip. A rotating unit(4) sequentially positions the settling members in a loading position regarding the settling member of the LED chip, the test position of the chip, and the settling member of the LED chip. A test unit(6) tests the LED chip located in the test position. A first removing unit is installed between the unloading position and the loading position. The LED chip remaining in the settling member is removed beside the unloading position. |
