METHOD FOR TREATING SURFACE OF WORKPIECE WITH MICROWAVE

PURPOSE: A method of treating surface of workpiece using microwave, which minimizes damage to a workpiece, is provided to guide small changes on the surface of a workpiece by generating heat on the cross section of the workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A workpiece(30) is prepared. A target(120) having electric conductance is offered to the surface(32) of the workpiece. A microwave is emitted to the target. The target is made of metal and carbon. The heat and spark are generated from the target by microwave in order to from minute groove on the surface of the workpiece.
