PURPOSE: An antibacterial heat-storage yellow soil compound, a fiber sheet including thereof, and a building board attached with the fiber sheet are provided to secure the antibacterial property, the sound absorption function, and the thermal insulation property of the building board. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial heat-storage yellow soil compound contains 100 parts of base solution by weight including sodium silicate or a potassium silicate solution, 0.1~3 parts of organic/inorganic antibacterial agent by weight, 1~30 parts of phase change material by weight, 2~40 parts of yellow soil by weight, 1~40 parts of flame retardant by weight, 0.1~20 parts of thermoplastic resin by weight, and 1~20 parts of organic/inorganic filler.
