PURPOSE: A profit distributing system for region-based network marketing and a method thereof are provided to protect exclusive product-selling business rights within an allocated region by allowing each distribution organization to divide sales margins to regional distribution organizations. CONSTITUTION: A distribution organization unit(61) divides a product sales region, and a sales information collector(63) receives and stores the sales information of products. A distribution margin allocator(64) divides the distribution margins of a product to each distribution organization. If the region at which products are sold is not a jurisdictional region of a member or membership distribution organization, a sales margin allocator(65) divides some of the sales margins. |
