The present invention refers to a plant for treating waste water WEA(r) with a conditioner reactor and an aerobic/anoxic cyclic and intermittent process integrated to the same unit, which is formed by aeration reactors and secondary settlers, this latter process being followed by a disinfection process, which is integral with the same unit. The invention also includes cyclic processes of anoxic reactors followed by aerobic reactors for removing nitrogen and carbon matter, as well as a previous conditioning process for promoting the bacteria action. The waste water treating plant has been created with the purpose of improving the pollutants removal process and integrating the treatment stages, the invention including a conditioner where the active sludge bacterium is conditioned and prepared, said bacterium intervening in the process of active sludges so a to remove pollutants in a small reactor where the waste water to be treated is introduced and mixed in a continuous and controllabl e manner with the active sludge that is collected from the secondary settler, this latter component has been previously passed by a cyclic process of aerobic and anoxic stages; once the waste water is reacted with the active sludge, the mixed and conditioned liqueur resulting therefrom is passed by the cyclic and intermittent process of aerobic and anoxic stages of the present invention, where the bacteria reproduction is promoted as well as the removal of carbon matter and the nitrification and denitrification thereof, thus providing flexibility to the system; the cycles may be modified according to the particular requirements of the discharge and the inflow characteristics.
