<p>PURPOSE: A power generating device using wind power, water power, tidal power or tidal current is provided to remarkably reduce the manufacturing cost since a blade is simply manufactured. CONSTITUTION: A power generating device using wind power, water power, tidal power or tidal current comprises a first rotating member(10), a second rotating member(30), a blade(40) and a generator(60). The first rotating member rotates around a first rotating axis. The second rotating member rotates around a second rotating axis in connection with the rotation of the first rotating member. The second rotating member is gear-connected to the first rotating member to revolve around the first rotating axis. The blade rotates around a third rotating axis in connection with the rotation of the second rotating member. The blade is connected to the second rotating member to revolve around the first rotating axis. The generator converts the rotating energy of the blade to electric energy.</p> |
