PURPOSE: The quality tube prevents in the hysterectomy at the hysterectomy operation from the gas for the abdominal cavity fluctuation being exposed through the quality. CONSTITUTION: The tube frame(10) forms the penetration hole into the longitudinal direction. The steering wheel(20) has the same central axis line as the central axis line of the tube frame. In both ends of the main pipe brother-in-law(210), inside expand diameter parts(211, 212) are formed. The ring shape part(220) is fixed and coupled in the podium side end part of the main pipe brother-in-law.
