PURPOSE: An exercise and rehabilitation tool is provided, which activates metabolism, and lowers burden on the knee joint and reduces an installation space. CONSTITUTION: An exercise and rehabilitation tool comprises: a base(10) in which a pair of rails are separated at the fixed interval and arranged horizontally; a stage(20) which horizontally moves along the rail of the base; and a drive member(30) which is connected to one side of the stage and reciprocates the stage horizontally. The drive member includes: a drive motor(40); a flywheel which is connected to the drive motor and rotates; an eccentric pin which is eccentrically installed; and an actuating rod in which one end is pivotally connected to the eccentric pin and the other end is combined with one end of the stage.
