GRANTING DEVICE OF BALLOT PAPER AND THE CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE: A device for delivering the vote paper and a method for controlling the same are provided to implement the cutting of voting paper through license seal and scissoring at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An official seal is implemented in a lower plate(607). A cam driving roller member includes a cam roller and a member for the official seal. The cam roller moves the upper blade(804) of a scissor to up and down. An official seal member is operated according to the operation of the first cam. A paper discharge member includes a eighth roller(38) and a ninth roller(39). The eighth roller rotates completion of the official seal and scissoring at the same time. A discharging and receiving member(604) is fixed by a hinge member(603) in left side of the lower plate.
