SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING SEARCH RESULT USING BEST GROUP

PURPOSE: A search result offering system and a method thereof using the best group determined by a synonym of a search word are provided to increase the accuracy of the document retrieval by setting up the document related to the search word as the best group and exposing the best group preferentially. CONSTITUTION: A document extracting unit(201) extracts a document by matching a synonym. A document group determining unit(202) determines a document group exposed about the search word by analyzing the extracted document. A best group setting unit(203) sets up the document group as the best group about the search word. The document group determining unit determines the document group about the document based on correlation between the document and the search word.
