<p>FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining butanol includes preparation of carbhydrate-containing raw material, cultivation in nutrient medium by means of bacteria, distillation of organic solvents, isolation of target product. As bacteria culture used is strain of bacteria Clostridium acetobutylicum 3108, deposited in All-Russian collection of microorganisms of Skryabin Institute of Biochemistry and Physiology of microorganisms RAS under number BKM B-2531D. ^ EFFECT: method allows to obtain maximally high from fermented carbohydrates outlet of butanol and possibility to use wide range of carbohydrates; outlet of butanol is 15,78-15,90 g/l. ^ 2 ex</p> |
