The device has a rabbet (3) formed by assembling two sheets (4, 5). The rabbet extends over inner circumference of a frame (1). An inner trim (2) is mounted on the rabbet such that two U-shaped wings support on surfaces of the sheets. The trim comprises two curved zones adapted to two corresponding curves of the rabbet. One of the wings comprises a projecting finger (10) on an inner face of the wing. The finger is engaged in a key hole shaped opening (11) formed on one of the sheets in a zone of the corresponding curve of the rabbet.
