The system has a relaxation chamber (1) arranging a prechamber (5) in spherical form, where volume of the prechamber is about 10 percentage of total volume of the chamber, which is attached by a calibrated conduit (6). The calibrated conduit delays the transfer of expansion gas flows towards the chamber. The calibrated conduit integrates an air reheating device. The prechamber is connected to another relaxation chamber (3) by a non-return valve (11) that is opened by pressure differential of the latter chamber towards the former chamber.
