摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high density solidified compact using two kinds of mixed powders as raw materials in which, by controlling a continuous phase and a dispersed phase, mechanical, thermal, electrical and magnetic properties and relative density are improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the high density solidified compact where two kinds of mixed powders are used as raw materials so as to produce a solidified compact having a microstructure composed of a continuous phase and a dispersed phase and having a relative density of≥98%, the raw material powders with the smaller average grain size (hereinafter referred to as raw material powders A) and raw material powders with the larger average grain size (hereinafter referred to as raw material powders B) are composed of different one kind of element among metals, semimetals and semiconductors, the mixing ratio of the raw material powders A is≤40 vol.%, and also, in such a manner that the ratio in the average grain size between the raw material powders A and the raw material powders B satisfies inequality (1), the raw material powders A and the raw material powders B are regulated, and mixed powders obtained by performing mixing in such a manner that the small-size powders flow into the gaps of the large-size powders are subjected to hot solidification compacting: (the average grain size of the raw material powders A)/(the average grain size of the raw material powders B)≤(the mixing ratio of the raw material powders A)/50 (1); wherein the mixing ratio of the raw material powders A is vol.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
