PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register an application to be added for each user and operation parameter settings or the like of the application to be set for each user for another image processing apparatus only by registering them for one image processing apparatus. SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 1201 stores in a storage means information indicating correspondence between an integrated application and a user, updates the information stored in the storage means in response to an instruction from the user and manages first log information indicating an updating history of the stored information. Furthermore, when second log information indicating an updating history of information, stored in another image processing apparatus, about correspondence between an integrated application and a user is requested to the other image processing apparatus and received and synchronization with the information stored in the storage means is instructed, based on the first log information and the second log information, the information stored in the storage means is updated.
