PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board using pyridobisimidazole fiber, which is superior in polybenzazole fiber, has heat resistance, flame resistance and a low linear expansion coefficient, is superior in workability in manufacturing the printing wiring board and is superior in electric insulation property. SOLUTION: When a diffraction peak area caused from a crystal (200) face in an equation direction profile is set to be S1, and a diffraction peak area caused from a crystal (110) face, a (210) face and a (400) face to be S2 in an electron beam diffraction diagram obtained from a surface layer part (surface to 1μm) of pyridobisimidazole fiber, a print wiring board shows that S2/S1 is an existing state of pyridobisimidazole crystal satisfying 0.1 to 1.5, and that average square roughness on a fiber surface, which is measured by an atomic force microscope, is not more than 20 nm in pyridobisimidazole fiber.
