PURPOSE:To reduce cost and simplify assemblage by giving a guide function serving as a guide pin to the front end of a bolt for fixing a valve mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Mounting bolts 17 are mounted on the cylinder head cover 12 side and a gasket 13, a discharge valve 14, a valve plate 15 and an intake valve 16 are previously assembled. By tightening the mounting bolts 17 can be inserted fixedly the front end guide projections 17' of bolts 17 in screw holes 23 provided in the cylinder 11 to facilitate the assemblage to the cylinder 11. The mounting bolt 17 is formed on the front end integrally with a guide projection 17' so that a locating guide pin and the guide pin inserting operation are dispensed with, and the cost reduction and the simplified assemblage can be attained.
