<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dephosphorizing material having an excellent reaction rate of a dephosphorizing treatment, readily removing phosphorus from wastewater containing phosphorus, and, moreover, being very easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The dephosphorizing material is manufactured from concrete sludge produced by one of the processes of centrifugal molding of a concrete product, concrete manufacturing, cleaning of a concrete manufacturing apparatus, and cleaning of a concrete transport vehicle. The dephosphorizing material is used for the dephosphorizing treatment in a dephosphorizing apparatus 1 including a reaction tank 2 provided with a wastewater supply means 3, a dephosphorizing material supply means 4, and a recovering means 6. In the dephosphorizing apparatus 1, phosphorus is removed from the wastewater containing phosphorus like sewage, etc. on the basis of chemical equation: 10Ca<SP>2+</SP>+6PO<SB>4</SB><SP>3-</SP>+2OH<SP>-</SP>→Ca<SB>10</SB>(PO<SB>4</SB>)<SB>6</SB>(OH)<SB>2</SB>and a dephosphorizing by-product crystallized through the reaction is recovered by the recovering means 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
