<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of securing motion performance as much as possible, while guaranteeing sufficient safety, even when a vehicle body is fixed in a largely leaning state to one of right and left sides, by reducing limit values of vehicle right and left acceleration when a vehicle body lean link mechanism is fixed, and being safely and comfortably used with excellent operability. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle includes right and left driving wheels 12 rotatably mounted in the vehicle body, the vehicle body lean link mechanism for leaning the vehicle body to the right or the left, a link brake for fixing the vehicle body lean link mechanism and a vehicle control device for controlling an attitude of the vehicle body by controlling driving torque imparted to each of the driving wheels 12 and link torque imparted to the vehicle body lean link mechanism.
