The present invention discloses a service connection establishment method which can improve the reliability of the service connection. The present invention also discloses a path computation unit device and a network system. The method includes: the information of the source node and the destination node of the service is acquired, and the signal type information supported by the source node and the destination node respectively is included in the information of the source node and the destination node; the information of an electrical relay unit in other nodes except the source node and the destination node is acquired, and the information of the electrical relay unit at least includes the node identifier information of the electrical relay unit and the signal type information supported by the electrical relay unit; a route is acquired, wherein the first node of the route is the source node, the last node of the route is the destination node and the route passes through at least one electrical relay unit in said other nodes; an end-to-end service connection of the route is triggered to be established, wherein the signal type information supported by the electrical relay unit which the service connection passes, is consistent with the signal type information supported by the source node and the destination node.
