PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that is excellent in heat resistance, flame retardancy, and impact resistance when molded. SOLUTION: The resin composition includes at least (A) polylactic acid, (B) glass fibers to which surfaces an epoxy treatment is performed, (C) a phosphate, and (D) a polyfunctional compound having a functional group which reacts with a terminal group of the polylactic acid. It is desired that the melting point of the phosphate is 200°C or higher, that the composition is kneaded at the temperature condition of 150-190°C, and that the phosphate exists around the glass fibers.
