<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical chuck device capable of more surely and stably retaining a rotating body and a body relative to a rotating cylinder, and having excellent mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the chuck device, the rotating cylinder 2 disposed in the body 1 is rotated, and a claw 4 screwed into the rotating body 3 is expanded or contracted, and advanced or retracted by the rotation of the annular rotating body 3 rotated together with the rotating cylinder 2, and a tool is held by the claw 4. The chuck device includes a locking body 5 so as to be retained which is locked to the rotating body 3 or the body 1 to prevent the rotating cylinder 2 from being slipped off from the rotating body 3 or the body 1, and fixedly disposed at the basal end side of the rotating cylinder 2. A rotation transmission part for directly or indirectly transmitting the rotation of the rotating cylinder 2 to the rotating body 3 is disposed in the locking body 5 so as to be retained. Thus, the rotation of the rotating cylinder 2 is transmitted through the locking body 5 to the rotating body 3 so as to be retained, and the rotating body 3 is rotated together with the rotating cylinder 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
