<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform instantaneous exchange between a television screen displayed on the display of a portable terminal and a screen displayed on an external television. <P>SOLUTION: A tuner control part 4 for controlling the television tuner 3 of the portable terminal A allows a storage part 7 to store a channel number corresponding to a control signal with respect to the television tuner 3 as an internal television channel number, and also to store a channel number displayed on the external television B as an external television channel.
