PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overheat of an engine for traveling caused by a failure in an output voltage of a storage battery. SOLUTION: This grill device includes: air-introduction amount adjusting members movably provided at an inhibition position and a permission position for air introduction members in an air introduction passage to a radiator; motors M1, M2 and a storage battery for moving the adjusting members; a generator; a motor control means 35 of moving the adjusting members; and a grill control means 34 for performing grill opening/closing control for moving the adjusting member to the inhibition position or the permission position to adjust the air introduction amount and forced movement control for forcibly moving the adjusting member to the permission position. During the grill opening/closing control, when an output voltage of the storage battery reaches a voltage value out of a scope between a preset minimum voltage and a preset maximum voltage or when a power generation amount is smaller than a preset minimum power generation amount, the grill opening/closing control is interrupted or stopped to perform the forced movement control.
