PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck traverse control device capable of preventing large impact from applying to a stopper while the truck traverse control device is operated during a derailment. SOLUTION: This truck traverse control device includes a derailment prevention guard 52 along the inside of a rail 51 and the stopper 25 in sliding contact with an inside surface 52a of the derailment prevention guard 52 at a position inner than a wheel 15 of the truck 11. The stopper 25 includes a sliding contact part 28 having a sliding contact surface in sliding contact with the inside surface 52a of the derailment prevention guard 52, and a guide part 31 having guide slopes 31a projecting to a front part and a rear part of the sliding contact part 28, respectively, with a distal end inclining in a direction separating from the inside surface 52a of the derailment prevention guard 52, and a base part continuous to the sliding contact surface.
