PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling structure which efficiently absorbs the heat caused at a rotor and a stator to achieve superior cooling effects inside a motor. SOLUTION: The motor includes a stator 1 with a stator coil 3 and a stator core 2 annually arranged or formed, and a rotor 5 positioned on the inner circumferential side of the stator core 2 and rotatable relative to the stator 1. The rotor 5 is configured with a rotor core 6 attached to the outer circumference of the rotor rotary shaft 7 through a core support 8. The rotor core 6 has a plurality of steel plates 6a axially arranged in a laminating manner, with a space 13 provided between some of the adjacent steel plates 6a. An axially extending oil feeding passage 21 for cooling oil is provided inside the rotor rotary shaft 7, and a communication passage 24 communicating the oil feeding passage 21 with the space 13 is so provided to the rotor rotary shaft 7 as to reach the core support 8.
