The present invention provides a tubular insert-type undercast padding for skin protection, which is put on a skin surface of a fracture area of a patient and covered with a water hardening polyurethane splint (e.g., a plaster bandage or water hardening casting tape), the tubular insert-type undercast padding for skin protection comprising a fabric for the undercast padding for skin protection including a mesh layer woven with a mono yarn into at least two layers, a self-adhesive layer woven with a mono yarn or a metal yarn at an upper or lower end of the mesh layer or at both the upper and lower ends thereof to have a ring structure in a velvet shape, and a functional yarn woven into a predetermined shape in a longitudinal direction in the mesh layer and having anti-bacterial, anti-odor, and anion emission properties, wherein the fabric for the undercast padding for skin protection is woven into a cylindrical shape to be put on the fracture area.
