<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured film excellent in all of transparency, solvent resistance, heat resistance, insulating property and adaptability for ITO sputtering, to provide a positive photosensitive resin composition having good storage stability that can give the above cured film, to provide an interlayer insulating film excellent in all of transparency, solvent resistance, heat resistance, insulating property and adaptability for ITO sputtering, to provide an organic EL display of high reliability equipped with the interlayer insulating film, and to provide a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: The positive photosensitive resin composition contains an alkali-soluble resin (A), a linear copolymer (B) having a structure different from that of the alkali-soluble resin (A) and containing at least one of an epoxy group and an oxetane group, and a photosensitive agent (C).
