PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a labeling compound for PET, by which a multi-stage synthesis process for the labeling compound for the PET, including an evaporation operation after a gas-liquid reaction, can be integrated as an operation on a microchip. SOLUTION: The method for producing the labeling compound for the PET comprises: introducing a solution into the micro channel portions 2, 5 and finely processed groove portions 3, 4 of the microchip 1, to coat the surfaces of the passages of the micro channel portions 2, 5 with the solution, and simultaneously disperse the solution in the pool portions of the finely processed groove portions 3, 4 by the utilization of a capillary force; introducing a gas-liquid reactant gas into the micro channel portions 2, 5 and the finely processed groove portions 3, 4 to cause gas-liquid reaction of the gas-liquid reactant gas with the solutions in the micro channel portions 2, 5 and the finely processed groove portions 3, 4; supplying the solution in the micro channel portions 2, 5 to the finely processed groove portions 3, 4; and then introducing an evaporation operation gas into the finely processed groove portions 3, 4 to distill the solutions of the finely processed groove portions 3, 4 and/or distill away a solvent from the solution of the finely processed groove portions 3, 4.
