PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade fixing tool to fix a blade capable of preventing the deformation of the blade to improve the sharpness of a cutting edge of a wrap film, and to provide a cutting method capable of improving the sharpness of the cutting edge so as to contribute to earth environment protection or food safety. SOLUTION: The blade fixing tool has a cross section with an L-shape the bending angle of which is 90°or almost 90°and is fixed to a corner 6 of a lid body 2 extending to a blade 7 from a rotation center shaft 5 of the lid body 2 of a wrap film storing box 1. The wrap film storing box 1 is rotated inward centering on the longitudinal direction by a predetermined angle from a state that the surface of a part constituting the rotation center shaft 5 side of the lid body 2 is nearly horizontal and after that the wrap film storing box 1 is moved rotating outwardly centering one end of the wrap film storing box 1 to cut the wrap film.
