The invention relates to a cosmetic hair shaping product which contains, in a cosmetic carrier, at least one strengthening and/or film-forming polymer and at least one acetylpyridinium derivative of formula (I) for improving the general condition of the fibers, for reducing hair damage in the interior of the hair and for increasing the elasticity of the hair. The product according to the invention allows the creation of a long-lasting, flexible and well-groomed hairstyle.
