A side-part (205) on a headrest fits partly over an ear, especially an outer auditory canal, of a user. Left and right side-parts can be arranged asymmetrically on the headrest towards the front windscreen of a vehicle. The side-parts are operated as a single-piece with the headrest. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) A method for reducing disturbing noise with a headrest; (2) A seat with a headrest; (3) A vehicle with a seat.
