<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently and effectively utilizing the nutritive ingredients of pollen and bee pollen used for foods, cosmetics. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a pollen or bee pollen crushed composition and an extract thereof rich in nutritive ingredients including polyphenol compounds, obtained by finely crushing pollen or bee pollen and, if necessary, then extracting the crushed pollen or bee pollen with water or a water-containing solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
