PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of machining an injector nozzle, which can change an machining amount for each injection hole of injector nozzle of an injector for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The machining apparatus 1 of the injection nozzle grinds a plurality of injection holes 105 formed in the end 100c of an injector nozzle 100 by sending and supplying an abrasive grain suspension liquid S to the injection holes 105, and is provided with: a sending and supplying apparatus 5 for sending and supplying the abrasive grain suspension liquid S to the injection holes 105; and an injection hole closing member 2 which circumscribes the end 100c of the injector nozzle 100 and closes the injection holes 105 excluding at least one of them. The machining apparatus is characterized in that it grinds the injection holes while sequentially changing the injection holes 105 not closed by the injection hole closing member 2 by relatively displacing the injector nozzle 100 and the injection hole closing member 2.
