PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and appropriate method for injecting a back-filling material into an element, which enables easy and sure performance of operation of attaching a bag body to the element and operation of injecting the back-filling material into the bag body. SOLUTION: The bag body 6 is formed in a long flat shape with a length equivalent to an approximate overall length of the element 3, and a plurality of injection sections 6a are formed by partitioning the bag body by predetermined length. Injection pipes 9 are connected to the injection sections, respectively, and each of the injection pipes is pulled out into an inside of the element through a through-hole 10 formed in the element, when the bag body is attached to the element. After the element penetrates into the ground in this state, a back-filling-material supply pipe is pulled into the element, and sequentially connected to each of the injection pipes so as to sequentially pressurize and inject the back-filling material in each of the injection sections. The bag bodies are respectively attached on both the sides of the element forming a lateral wall slab of a tunnel, while injection to an internal-space side is performed in advance of the injection to an outside.
