PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame material for a partitioning wall easily carriable in a construction field, in a relatively tall multiple dwelling house such as a condominium, and a construction method for the partitioning wall. SOLUTION: The frame material for the partitioning wall of rectangular frame shape is divided vertically in aadvance in a height direction to get to a length mountable on a general elevator, and divided members are connected height-regulatably in the construction field, using a connection member.
