PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule discharging device having superior granule discharging capability. SOLUTION: The granule discharging device 1 includes a temporary reserving tank 2 which reserves granule F temporarily, an intake 3 and a discharge port 4 for taking in and discharging the granule F, a first valve 20 which opens and closes the intake 3, and a second valve 50 which opens and closes the discharge port 4. The temporary reserving tank 2 is composed of an upper element 10 having the intake 3 and a lower element 30 having the discharge port 4. The lower element 30 moves up and down together with the first valve 20 in such a way that the first valve 20 closes the intake 3 when the lower element moves up while the second valve 50 closes the discharge port 4 when the lower element moves down.
