PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems which are likely to occur when predetermined false information is produced and transmitted by a malicious third person. SOLUTION: A method includes: a process "A" of transmitting predetermined information including identification information for identifying a transmission source and a type of notification information, a serial number of the notification information, and the notification information; a process "B" of determining whether or not the same combination as combination of the identification information, the serial number, and the notification information which are included in received predetermined information, are stored in a predetermined memory unit 22A by a mobile station "UE"; a process "C" of discarding the received notification information when the mobile station "UE" determines that the combination is stored; and a process "D" of transferring the received notification information to an application function unit 23 when the mobile station "UE" determines that the combination is not stored, and storing the combination of the identification information, the serial number, and the notification information in the predetermined memory unit 22A.
