PURPOSE: A converging and transmitting device of solar light for natural lightening is provided to fly a plane above a reservoir or a river to collect the sun light and transmit it to the inside of the underground facility. CONSTITUTION: A primary mirror(10) collects and reflects the sun light. A sub-reflector(20) reflects again the sunlight which is reflected by the main reflection mirror. A light-collecting unit(30) condenses the sunlight which is reflected by the sub-reflector. A spectrum unit(40) distributes the sunlight focused in the light-collecting unit.
