PURPOSE: A lens driving device is provided to move a lens holder to an optical axis without sliding a lens holder against other member. CONSTITUTION: A guide unit includes an elastic member(20) between a lens holder and a housing. The elastic member is variable only an optical axis while positioning the lens holder to diameter direction. A moving unit moves the lens holder to the optical axis. The moving unit is arranged on the outer wall of the cylindrical shape unit of the lens holder and is formed with a SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY wire which is hung on the lens holder.
