The invention relates to a circular saw comprising a support (1), a holding device (4) and a sawing unit (5). An adjustable inclination element (15) is provided in the holding device (4), said adjustable inclination element allowing the sawing unit (5) to be pivoted in relation to the support (1) about a horizontal inclination pivoting axis (16) that extends in the direction of sawing and can be fixed in a locked manner in at least one defined inclination position. Said inclination position element (15) comprises a stationary part (24) and an inclination-pivotable part (25). A lock element (26) is arranged on one of the parts (24, 25) and on the other part (24, 25), a counter lock (27) that corresponds to the lock element (26) is provided on each point corresponding to the defined inclination position. Said lock element (26) is spring-loaded in the direction of locking, can be manually released from the counter lock (27) counter to the spring-loading and can be blocked in the released position in such a manner that it can be manually released from the blocked position. Said invention is characterised in that the lock element (26) comprises a stop bolt (29) that is spring-loaded in the direction of locking by a restoring spring (28) and that comes into contact with the counter lock (27), also comprising a lock actuation lever (30) that is pivotably connected to the end of a stop bolt (29), and the lock actuation lever (30) comprises a hand actuated end (31). Starting from the lock position in which the stop bolt (29) is connected to the counter lock (27), the stop bolt (29) can only be released from the counter lock (27) counter to the spring force by a first actuation on the hand actuation end (31) of the lock actuation lever (30) and moves back into the lock direction when releasing the hand actuated end (31). Due to an actuation on the hand actuation end (31) of the lock actuation lever (30), that is essentially counter to the first actuation, the lock bolt (29) can be released from the counter lock (27) counter to the spring force and can be blocked in the released position in one go, essentially not altering the direction of actuation. |
